Here at Edinburgh Dance School, we believe classes should be fun as well as challenging and that our student's success should be measured against their own personal capabilities and expectations and not those of their peers. With determination, commitment, and a big smile, every boy and girl at EDS has the opportunity to be the very best they can be, each shining as brightly as the next but unique in their own special way.
Children from ages 2½ up to 16 years can enjoy group classes in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Performing Arts and Ballroom & Latin, as well as being given the opportunity to take part in syllabus Medal Test exams and annual stage show performances. We also offer one-to-one tuition and competition preparation classes for our Junior Ballroom and Latin students at our private performance hall, the EDStudio.
We are proud to be Scotland's leading First Wedding Dance provider, helping brides and grooms from all around the world prepare for their big day in style. Our Principal Mrs Felicity Mclean is now 5 times the winner of the prestigious Scottish Wedding Industry VOWS Award for Specialist Wedding Services.
Finally, our weekly beginner and improver Ballroom & Latin classes provide a fun and challenging escape for adults who are looking to learn a great
new skill whilst keeping fit along the way.

We're a friendly team, professionally trained to the highest standard as dancers, choreographers, and teachers. All our staff is Disclosure Scotland Registered, with a passion for dance and passing on years of experience gained on both stage and screen.
